About me

My journey into family therapy began with a deep interest in people, relationships, and the inner worlds that shape our lives. Over time, I have come to understand how profoundly our experiences, relationships, and family systems influence the way we feel, think, and relate to others.

I believe that every person carries a unique life story. Sometimes we simply need a safe and supportive space where we can pause, reflect, and understand that story more deeply.

In counselling, I aim to create an atmosphere that is calm, respectful, and non-judgmental. My role is not to tell people how they should live their lives, but to support them in discovering their own understanding, inner resources, and possibilities for change.

My approach

My work is based on systemic family therapy.

From a systemic perspective, a person is not viewed separately from their relationships, but as part of a larger system that includes family, partners, and important life experiences.

Together we explore patterns, emotions, and relationships that may influence the difficulties a person is experiencing today.

Understanding these patterns often opens space for new perspectives and meaningful change.

Education and training

I am currently training in systemic family therapy at the Estonian School of Family Therapy and work under professional supervision as part of this programme.

Continuous learning and personal development are important to me, as they allow me to offer thoughtful, safe, and contemporary support.

My additional training includes topics related to psychopathology, trauma, relationship dynamics, and mental health.
