This Privacy Policy describes how Nestor Holding OÜ (registry code: 14095211) and Reilika Nestor (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary for providing our services:

  • Booking information: appointment date, time, and preferences

  • Communication data: messages sent via contact forms

  • Website usage data: cookies and technical information (see section 6)

We do not collect or process sensitive personal data (such as health information, sexual orientation, etc.) without your explicit consent.

3. Why We Collect Data (Legal Basis)

We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract: confirming bookings and arranging appointments

  • Legitimate interest: ensuring the proper functioning of the website

  • Consent: sending marketing communications (only with your permission)

  • Legal obligation: accounting and financial record-keeping

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Booking data: 3 years after the last appointment

  • Accounting data: 7 years (as required by law)

  • Contact form messages: 1 year

  • Squarespace Inc. — website hosting and booking system (USA; based on Standard Contractual Clauses)

  • Google LLC — email services (if necessary)

  • Accounting services — for fulfilling legal obligations

All third parties are required to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to collect usage statistics. Cookies do not contain personal data.

9. Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of counselling services provided by Nestor Holding OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “service provider”).

10. Description and Limitations of the Service

Reilika Nestor is a trainee in systemic family therapy at the Estonian School of Family Therapy and works under professional supervision as part of her training.

The services provided are supportive counselling services, not psychotherapy or psychological treatment.

The services offered do not replace:

  • psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • medical advice

  • legal advice

  • crisis services

In case of a crisis (suicidal thoughts or danger to yourself or others), please contact immediately:

11. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Confidentiality may only be limited in the following situations:

  • when there is a direct risk to the life or safety of the client or others

  • when disclosure is required by law (e.g., child protection cases)

  • during professional supervision (anonymously and without identifying information)

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance

  • Later cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee

  • In case of no-show, the full session fee may apply

In exceptional circumstances (such as illness), we will always try to find a reasonable solution.

13. Limitation of Liability

The service provider cannot guarantee specific counselling outcomes, as results depend on the client’s active participation and other personal factors. The service provider commits to providing services in good faith, professionally, and within the scope of their qualifications.

14. Prices and Payment

Current service prices are listed on the website. The service provider reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days’ prior notice.

15. Changes to the Terms

The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the Harju County Court.
