"When you learn to be by your own side as gently as you have been for others, you will never have to feel alone again."

Relationship counselling and systemic family therapy support in Tallinn and online
Trainee in systemic family therapy
(working under professional supervision)
This might be for you if:
you notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships
you feel emotionally alone even when you are not physically alone
you would like to better understand your reactions and feelings
you are going through a life change or personal crisis
you are looking for a safe place to reflect on your thoughts and experiences
you feel the need to talk to someone but are not yet sure where to begin
How we begin:
Starting is simple and gentle.
You can write to me or book a session.
At our first meeting, we talk about what feels important for you right now.
Together we explore whether and how you would like to continue.
All meetings, messages and conversations are confidential.
When do people seek counselling with me
• when recurring conflicts have developed in a relationship
• when family relationships cause pain or confusion
• when you want to better understand your reactions and relationship patterns
• when you are going through a difficult period in life
Sometimes people reach a point where they feel a wish to understand themselves, their relationships, or the patterns that repeat in their lives more deeply.
Counselling can be a place where these questions can be explored calmly and safely.
When should you seek help from another specialist?
My counselling does not replace psychiatric treatment or crisis care. If you are experiencing any of the following, it is important to contact the appropriate professional:
• active thoughts of self-harm or suicide
• a serious mental health condition that may require medical treatment
• a crisis situation where immediate support is needed
In these cases, I recommend reaching out to a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or a crisis support service.
For me, it is important to create a safe and supportive space where a person can speak about their experiences without fear of judgement.
Healing does not happen in isolation – change happens in relationships.
About me
I am someone who has walked a long path of self-discovery — a journey that has included both joy and difficult moments.
This journey has taught me how to listen and how to notice — first of all within myself.
Sometimes people do not need advice or quick solutions.
They need a safe place where they can pause and reflect on their thoughts and feelings.
We are shaped by our relationships, by where we come from, and by the stories we have lived through.
In counselling we explore these stories together — without judgment or pressure.
I believe that change often begins in the moment when a person no longer has to walk their path alone.

Trainee in Systemic Family Therapy (under supervision)
My path in family therapy
I am currently in family therapy training and work under regular professional supervision. Supervision supports the quality of my work and is an important part of my ongoing professional development.
My supervision is provided by an experienced family therapist.
For me, a systemic perspective means understanding a person within the relationships and environments in which they have grown and live — because our experiences and relationships shape how we experience ourselves and the world.
Change often grows from understanding, from a safe relationship, and from collaboration.
Education and training
Continuous learning and self-development are important to me so that I can offer thoughtful, safe and contemporary support.
